By The Last Supper Iran Tour Package, you will travel from center to north-west during 9 days. You’ll visit the cities such as Isfahan, Tehran, Kashan, Tabriz, and Ardabil where hotspots will be waiting for you.
The tour is a religious Christian package. Christians with a long history in Iran played a significant part in the history of Christian mission. There are at least 450 churches in the country that approximately all of them are historically important, but only 300 of them are in good condition. We put most important churches of the five major Denominations of Christianity including Catholic, Orthodox (Eastern & Oriental), Anglican, and Protestant in our plan.
It also takes you to the main highlights containing the ones inscribed on UNESCO’s world heritage sites like Naqshe Jahan Square, Isfahan’s Jame mosque, Chehel Sotoon palace and Fin garden as a samples of Persian gardens, Armenian Monastic Ensembles of Iran, Tabriz bazaar and Sheikhsafi ad-in Khanegah and nature activities such as trekking and spa experience, so don’t forget to bring your swimsuits.
The tour is a mixture of the overland trip and two flights so if you are not the fan of an air travel let your travel consultant know that to make the needed changes.

Day 1Arrival At Isfahan International Airport

Upon your Arrival at Isfahan international airport, you will be greeted by our driver and transferred to the hotel. As you might heard, Isfahan is one of the most popular Iran tourist destinations, so after a few hours rest your full day city tour begins in the city, by Chehel Sotun palace. The Chehel Sotun palace or forty columns palace is one of the nine Persian gardens registered by UNESCO, from Safavid era. You will be impressed by its exquisite murals and charming garden undoubtedly. Your next stop will be the most memorable landmark of the city which is called Naghsh-e-Jahan Square. This amazing square is considered as the second largest square of the world and another UNESCO’s world heritage sites of the country. It is surrounded by some of the most important historical sites of Isfahan including the Ali Qapu Palace in the western part , the Lotfollah Mosque in the eastern part, Shah Mosque on the south end, and the grand bazaar on the north end. It is Obvious that No trip to Isfahan would be complete without walking along the Zayanderood River and visiting Si-O-Seh pol & Khadju bridges especially at night so these sites will be your today’s last stops. Day 2Isfahan

Have a delightful breakfast and then go out for today’s sightseeing tour. Your second day tour in Isfahan will cover the rest of the attractions of this historical and magical city. After meeting your guide at the hotel lobby, you will drive to Jolfa district to visit the impressive Armenian church, the Vank Cathedral with its beautiful and colorful wall painting. It is noteworthy that one of the largest Christian communities of the country lives in Isfahan. You will continue your tour to visit the Hasht Behesht place, the Aligholi bath and the Jame Atigh mosque as another UNESCO’s world heritage site and one of the oldest mosques of Iran.

Day 3Isfahan-Abyaneh-Kashan

After a leisurely breakfast, head toward Kashan through the charming village of Abyaneh. Thanks to its location on the Karkas hillside and its Altitude ,this picturesque village has one of the coolest weather. Its architecture, the costume and the culture kept by the locals are obviously worth a visit. Proceed to the Kashan city to visit the Fin garden (UNESCO world heritage site) and the archeological site of Tapeh Sialk or the Sialk ziggurat. This Ziggurat is claimed to be one of the world’s oldest ziggurat, dating back to the 3rd millennium BC. The discoveries in this region has revealed that this place was one of the primary centers civilization in pre-historic ages. Your next stops will be a few historical houses of the city such as The Tabatabaie and Boroujerdi Residences which will give you a distinctive idea of traditional and regional Persian residential architecture of the city. Among the highlights of this day tour you will see the Public bathhouse of Sultan Amir Ahmad originally built in Safavid era, Agha Bozorg mosque and the Kashan’s historic bazaar and its remarkable Timche-ye Amin od-Dowleh, Check-in at the hotel in Kashan, and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Day 4Kashan-Tehran

It’s time to say goodbye to Kashan and Hello to Tehran, the country’s capital. along the way, you will have a stop at Nushabad underground city. This ancient city is one of the outstanding examples of former Iranian architecture of this region using as a Shelter by inhabitants at the time of being attacked. Then you will continue your way to Tehran. Once you arrive at the city, you will drive to visit one of its recognizable landmarks which are called Golestan complex registered as a UNESCO’s world heritage site. The complex consists of several palaces and buildings dating back to the Safavid, Qajar, and Pahlavi periods. After visiting the historical Grand Bazaar as your last today’s attraction you will be transferred to your hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 5Tehran-Tabriz

After breakfast leave for a full day city tour of Tehran including Carpet museum, The Archaeological or national museum, the Jewelry museum and the Azadi tower. The carpet museum founded by the last queen of Iran from Pahlavi dynasty, contains more than 140 pieces of precious carpets and valuable Glims from all over the country specially Kashan, Kerman, Isfahan, and Tabriz. The archeological or national museum of Iran is one of the most important museums of the country including a large variety of archeological artifacts from different parts of Iran and its different eras and Iran’s national Jewelry museum holds one of the most impressive and unique jewelry complexes of the world so worth a visit. On your way to the Mehrabad airport for your flight to Tabriz, you will have a short stop at Azadi tower as one of the famous landmarks of the city completely covered by marble. The tower was built by order of the last king of Iran to celebrate the 2500th year of the foundation of the Imperial State of Iran. Transfer to the Mehrabad Airport for your flight to Tabriz. Upon your arrival to Tabriz airport, drive directly to Kandovan, the manmade inhabited rock village, located 60 km southwest of Tabriz. Enjoy the experience of staying the night at Laleh rocky hotel

Day 6Tabriz

Depart this morning for Tabriz as one of the most populated cities in Iran and the largest Northwest economic hub of the country. Your journey today includes the Blue Mosque (Masjid-e Kabud) famous for its navy blue tilework, built on 1465, then one of the historical and archeological museums of the city called The Azerbaijan Museum located just next to the Blue Mosque and more than 80 years old Sa’at Tower also known as Tabriz Municipality palace. Your next stop will be the largest covered bazaar in the world, Bazaar of Tabriz. This magnificent and old Bazaar is another world heritage site of Iran and offering a wide variety of goods in its sub bazaars such as carpet, shoe, gold and Jewelry and finally strolling through El Goli park as your today’s last attraction. You will be transferred to your pre-arranged accommodation and settle into your room.

Day 7Tabriz-Maku-Jolfa

We can name today, the church day as early in the morning you will travel to Maku to visit the oldest standing church in the world called the Monastery of Saint Thaddeus. You can also hear the other names for this church such as a black church or Qare Kelisa. Then you will visit the small but an impressive church located in this region called Chapel of Dzordzor dates back to the 9th to 17th centuries. Move toward Jolfa to have a visit to the Saint Stephanus Monastery. In fact, UNESCO has given all of these three churches a world heritage ranking. If you have time you will have a short stop at Choopan church before you head to your hotel and rest.

Day 8Jolfa-Ardabil

Overland trip to Ardebil but on your way, you will visit the Babak castle, a Sassanid- period fortress at an altitude of 2300 m. You will have a marvelous view on your way top so the climb is well worth the effort. Your next stop will be the suspension bridge of Meshginshahr originally built in 2015. The bridge is 365 meters long and 80 meters in height and is considered as the largest suspension bridge in the middle east.

Day 9Ardabil-Tehran-Departure

Before your flight to Tehran in the afternoon let’s do some last minutes sightseeing. you will go to see the Sheikh Safi Al-din Khanegah as one of Iran’s 23 registered World Heritage Sites dedicated to Sheikh Safi Al-din, the Safavid dynasty’s founder. Then visiting the natural attraction of the city, the Shurabil lake. Your last stop will be Sarein. The city is located About 27 km west of Ardabil and it is famous for its hot springs and their medicinal qualities. Take a flight to Tehran and then transfer directly to Imam Khomeini airport for your return international flight.
